The 4th Annual Celtic 7s Youth Rugby Games will be played on May 20th, and offers non-contact youth rugby at the U9, U11, U13 age divisions, and contact youth rugby at the U13 and U15 age divisions. Rules of play will follow USA Rugby’s Rookie Rugby and Rookie 7’s guidelines.  

This event is part of the Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Athletic Games. There will be several Food and Beverages vendors at the festival as well as music and other entertainment.

NEW PLAYERS - Registration for the Spring 2012 Season is still open.  Fee from April 23rd onwards reduced to $25 for new players just joining.  Follow these steps:

• Click on "Registration" in the left bar menu
• Then click on "NCR Registration"
• You will now be prompted to either "Login" for past users, or "Create a New Account" for new members/players in the AYRU.  If you create a New Account please be sure to note your ID and Password for future reference.
• Follow the simple steps and if you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.
• After you complete the online registration don't forget to go back to the left bar menu and click on "Downloads."  Please download the noted documents, complete and bring to your first practice.

During the registration process, a few important steps/details to note:

1. When prompted for a team, all players choose "unassigned" regardless of what team they may have previously played for.
2. When prompted for volunteer, please choose General Volunteer unless you have a more specific interest.
3. In comments, please note the part of town you and your player(s) are in as this will help us with pairing to teams/coaches.

The total cost of AYRU registration (if joining in the second half of the season) is $25 per player plus $2 processing fee.  If you register multiple players you will receive a $5 discount.  The AYRU registration fee includes a ball, playing jersey, and meals after all matches.

In addition to the AYRU registration players will need to complete a seperate registration with USA Rugby, our governing body.  This registration is either $5 (for non-contact players) or $20 for contact players, and medical insurance for all players is included in this registration.  Coaches will send you more details about this registration once practice starts.
